Then today I went to umm I forgot what the name of the places is in the rockies and it was off route sever thus the main thing I can remember and um man we with the white water Rapids the water was crazy cold and But on at the end of the water knife in but when I got deeper into the water and was walking through it I didn't feel the coal it totally balanced me out and the around was crank in the air condition the whole time which was brutal but and I wish I had bought more food because and I don't bring fool a drink F me so is good to travel with some actual heavy food heavy ish and on but man we saw the top of the rockies walked up their the waterfalls were beautiful light water was rushing everywhere it was crazy the energy on top of the rocks is crazy it is a nice place to live if you need to recharge with nature and arm and do something and then we all had at you know row good conversation on the way back every got closer to home the conversation and picked up because the whole rhyme made a wrong turn and we were 2 hours out the way

The energy here is amazing the energy the Bruce Francis has is filling something light Bliss at times and it makes you feel like nothing else is very important like there is another dimension that you are missing out R and everything else is kind of petty the people they are cool super cool like a family it's like a big family and it makes you want to kill or die for your family but also it makes you realize the expanding the family is the most important thing I'm bringing people into the circle
